The challenge

Students, professionals, and accessibility users need instant, accurate captions of live speech and recorded audio across multiple languages — without sending audio to opaque third-party services.

What we built

Built a low-latency live transcription pipeline over WebSockets with multilingual support, audio-file import, and exportable transcripts. History persisted in CoreData for review and reuse.

Results & proof

Live on the App Store. Shipped real-time and file-based transcription with exports and multilingual support — a production streaming pipeline for live captions and recorded audio.
