Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, Livita owns or licenses the content on the Site — including text, branding, layout, logos, and case study summaries. You may view and share links to public pages, but you may not copy, modify, or republish Site content for commercial use without our prior written consent.
Third-party names, logos, and app store assets shown in our portfolio belong to their respective owners and are displayed for identification purposes.
Booking a call and enquiries
When you book a call or submit information through our scheduling page, you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have authority to share it. Do not submit confidential information belonging to third parties without permission.
Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship or obligate Livita to accept a project. Our use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
