Project breakdown

The challenge

Families want a simple way to see where loved ones are, with clear consent, without forcing the tracked person to install an app.

What we built

Built the SwiftUI app as lead iOS developer at Livita with a dev team:

  • MapKit and CoreLocation live tracking
  • Client TrackerAPIClient for tracker creation
  • Link delivery over SMS with MessageUI or the share sheet
  • Web flow for the invited person to share location
  • Contact list and map sync
  • RevenueCat subscription paywall and multi-language UI

Results & proof

  • App built and in pre-launch
  • Core flows in place: map, link sharing, invitee flow, and subscriptions
  • Not yet live, so downloads and ratings are not available
