The challenge

Europeans who want real travel and networking connections need a gated community with verification and intent filtering, not an open social or dating feed.

What we built

Delivered the full Firebase platform and native SwiftUI app, as lead iOS at Livita with a team:

  • Cloud Functions, Firestore, Auth, Storage, FCM, and security rules
  • Migration to a new Firebase account
  • VIP onboarding, referrals, and Instagram verification
  • Paid membership
  • Discover, Lounge, and messaging
  • In-app admin for approvals and moderation
