Project breakdown

The challenge

People need more than Apple's raw Screen Time stats. They want structured focus sessions, enforced app blocking, and motivating weekly insights to cut compulsive phone use.

What we built

Built Frost end-to-end on FamilyControls, DeviceActivity, and ManagedSettings, as lead iOS at Livita with a team:

  • Multi-session home and app limits
  • Scheduled profiles and analytics dashboards
  • Shareable weekly reports
  • Firebase auth and subscription monetization
  • Monitor, Shield, Report, and Widget extensions synced through an App Group

Results & proof

On TestFlight, with the public App Store launch pending. Metrics are not yet available.
