Lead macOS at Livita for FileEaters, a public enterprise music-delivery app plus its release infrastructure: SwiftUI and Core ML, Firebase, a custom GitHub Actions pipeline for notarization, Sparkle, and Slack, and an internal Release Hub for public and internal builds with versioned feedback, over about a year on an existing product.

The challenge

Producers and enterprise clients like labels, studios, and gaming teams lose hours renaming and packaging stems to a delivery spec, with rejected deliveries and version confusion at scale.

What we built

Worked as lead macOS at Livita for about a year on an existing product:

Native SwiftUI macOS app with Core ML instrument classification on the Apple Neural Engine, templates, QC, and multi-tenant uploads
Firebase backend for auth, Firestore, functions, and hosting
GitHub Actions pipeline built from scratch for notarization, Sparkle, S3, and Slack ship notifications
Internal Release Hub for public and release-candidate builds with versioned feedback and attachments
