Project breakdown

The challenge

People with phobias and anxiety need accessible, structured psychological testing and guided exposure exercises, without the barrier of a clinical appointment.

What we built

Building the full app from Figma, as lead iOS at Livita with a team:

  • Onboarding fear survey and psychological test flows
  • Explore view and single-fear detail
  • Exposure exercises and a rhythm calendar
  • Motivational quotes
  • StoreKit subscription paywall
  • OAuth2 sign-in with Apple, Google, and email

UI-first delivery by milestone, then REST API integration.

Results & proof

  • In active development, with App Store metrics pending launch
  • Monetization: 7-day free trial, then $89.90 per year or $14.98 per month
